Deputy Country Head & Senior Vice President

Nitin Gupta

As Deputy Country Head and Senior Vice President at Olam Agri India Pvt Ltd, he brings over two decades of experience across leading multinational and Indian corporate houses. He heads the Rice, Grains, Oilseeds and Pulses business for the South Asia region, overseeing a portfolio with a turnover of over Rs 8000 Crore, approximately USD 1 billion. A member of Olam’s Global Management Committee and the Executive Committee of Olam India, he represents products, functions and global senior management. His career includes building businesses with organisations such as ITC, Dabur and Reliance. Beyond his professional responsibilities, he is a fitness enthusiast who runs half marathons and enjoys travelling. His interest in yoga and meditation has also led him to serve as a voluntary teacher with the Art of Living, where he provides life coaching.
Country Manager

Sanjay Sacheti

As Country Manager of Olam Agri India Pvt. Ltd., part of the Olam Group, he brings over 34 years of experience across global and Indian organisations. His professional journey spans leadership roles at Olam Group, Unilever, ITC ConAgra, Tata Group and Eicher Group, reflecting deep exposure to agribusiness and FMCG sectors. Associated with the Olam Group since 2000, he has contributed to the organisation’s growth across evolving agricultural markets. A Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, he combines financial expertise with strategic oversight and industry engagement, strengthening Olam Agri India’s role within India’s agricultural ecosystem.

Hrishikesh Ahluwalia

As Commercial and Operations Head for Basmati Rice and Country Manager at Olam Agri India Pvt. Ltd., he brings over 23 years of experience across the Food, FMCG, Pharma and CPG sectors. His career spans commercial and leadership roles, managing large teams and overseeing end-to-end commercial operations, business turnarounds and profitability enhancement. Prior to joining Olam Agri, he served as Finance Director at Whole Earth Brands Pvt. Ltd. He has also held senior finance and commercial positions at Hain Celestial, Hamdard Laboratories and Tilda Rice Land Pvt. Ltd., strengthening his expertise across diverse segments of the consumer and food industries.
National Sales Head of Basmati Rice

MR Shailesh Dadhich

MR Shailesh Dadhich is the National Sales Head of Basmati Rice (Domestic Business) at Olam Agri India Pvt Ltd. Shailesh has over 18 years of experience in FMCG, Food Retail, and distribution with a strong track record of building, scaling up & executing winning strategies. He drives sales strategy and distribution performance for Olam Agri India's Basmati Rice business. He oversees the Annual Operating Plan, volume, and profitability targets, leveraging his expertise in building and scaling businesses. Prior to joining Olam Agri, Shailesh was DGM Rice at AWL Agribusiness Ltd., where he strengthened the company's Consumer Pack Rice Business and drove revenue and profitability. He has also worked with retail giants like Reliance Industries, Future Retail (Big Bazaar), and Future Agrovet. Shailesh holds an MBA (Agribusiness) degree from Institute of Agri Business Management, Bikaner.
